When the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by February 16th.
What's the attire?
Cocktail attire. Suits, dress shirts, midi/knee-length dresses, pantsuits, etc. are encouraged.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony.
Can I bring a "plus one"?
Due to limited seating, only those listed on your invitation are able to be accommodated.
Are children welcome?
Kids are welcome to attend the ceremony at the Scarritt Bennett. However, due to limited space at the Ruby we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place indoors and the cocktail hour/reception will take place both indoors and outdoors.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, guests who are staying for dinner can head straight to the Ruby for cocktail hour/the reception (specified on invite).
Is there parking at the venues?
The Scarritt Bennett Center has ample parking available on site. Ruby offers both valet parking & parking on site.
